Q: What makes ResearchByNet different from other online data collection companies?

A: ResearchByNet is backed by the 35 years of the leadership of our parent company Consumer Contact. We are data collection professionals with many years of experience working with a wide range and variety of complex research challenges. Our commitment is to provide quality online research data with the same stringent quality controls that are used for telephone data collection. Only ResearchByNet uses patent-pending Quality Triggers™ to Double-validate online research data.

 

Q: What are Quality Triggers?

A: Quality Triggers™ are a unique patent-pending process that is built in, free of charge, into every ResearchByNet questionnaire. On average, 6 Quality Triggers™ are developed for each questionnaire. When at least half of Quality Triggers are activated, the questionable interview is flagged for review by the National Quality Control Department. Professional or inattentive respondents are identified and removed from the data, which eliminated the need for overages.

 

Q: What do you mean by Double - Validated data?

A: Using our unique Quality Triggers ™, ResearchByNet validates every completed interview for integrity, in real time. Then, if the Quality Triggers ™ are activated, the questionable interview is validated a second time. We are committed to double-validating 10% of all completed interviews. Q: Is my data secure?

A: ResearchByNet employs a number of procedures and technologies to ensure the data that we collect or upload to the system is secured.
The servers our data are on are housed at a dedicated collocation facility that only permits physical access to the servers on a pre-arranged basis, and to specific, listed software employees.
The servers are separated from the public internet with router access control lists
(ACLs) and dedicated firewalls. Many of the servers do not have any publicly accessible connection to the internet at all.
